Europe's coolest beach clubs
How does lazing on the beach all day and clubbing all night sound? If you like your holidays filled with sun and fun, you'll not go far wrong with a clubbing holiday in a European resort. Here we look at some of Europe's coolest beach clubs - some of the hottest spots to see and be seen on the continent...
Europe's 4 coolest beach clubs
Space, Ibiza - Space is consistently ranked by top DJs as one of the best clubs in the world. It's located in Playa D'en Bossa, a taxi journey of around €20 from San Antonio. Space's opening and closing parties can attract crowds of over 20,000, while its legendary Sunday sessions are consistently buzzing. It's also unique in that it hosts daytime clubbing - perfect if you want to escape the hot afternoon sun.
The Billionaire Club, Sardinia - Want to live like a superstar - even for just one night? The Billionaire Club is the perfect place to rub shoulders with the international jet set. The top-level terrace hosts a Moët Chandon Champagne bar, with bottles starting at €60. That's a real steal compared with the methuselahs of Cristal for €35,000.
Olivia Valere, Marbella - Located next to the famously upscale Babilonia restaurant, Olivia Valere is one of the most sophisticated beach clubs in Europe. Its designer interiors are reminiscent of a scene from Arabian Nights - with soft lighting, luxurious fabrics and golden tones. What really makes Olivia Valere stand out is that it's completely different to the vast majority of other clubs that you'll find in Marbella, which tend to be modern and minimalist.
Jimmy'z - It's probably no surprise that some of Europe's coolest beach clubs are located in glitzy Monaco. And Jimmy'z is arguably the coolest of the lot. It draws in a young, uber-hip crowd and has both indoor and outdoor clubbing space - perfect if you want to bop under the stars on a warm Mediterranean evening.
