Caribbean cruises are so relaxing!
Fancy a taste of paradise? Then a Caribbean cruise holiday might be perfect for you! Just imagine those azure oceans, soft sandy beaches and laid-back days... are you there yet?
P&O has a whole host of excellent Caribbean cruises but if you really want to take the trip of a lifetime, the travel company runs a 34 night voyage on the Oriana, embarking at Southampton on September 27, 2011.
Ports of call include Madeira, St Maarten in the Netherlands Antilles, then over to Tortola in the Virgin Islands, before arriving at lush Montego Bay on Jamaica's north west coast.
After that, the cruise will take you to Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands, where you can shop for a bargain in the lively market place in the capital, George Town. It's on to Cozumel in Mexico after that, followed by vibrant New Orleans, where you can spend two full days surrounded by Louisana hospitality!
The next three ports of call are in sunny Florida - Key West, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando - then it's off to Charleston in South Carolina before taking to the ocean once more, back over to Ponta Delgada in Portugal and finally, more than a month of sunshine later, returning to Southampton.
During your days cruising the Caribbean sea, you'll find as much or as little as you want to do! The glamorous Oriana has restaurants, nightclubs, bars, a theatre and casino, as well as a spa and swimming pools. Prices for this amazing trip start at £3,253 per person, based on two people sharing.
